    During the first mentoring session we’ll create a prioritised HR plan which will be the focus of the regular HR mentoring sessions, giving you advice, consistency and direction. Each two hour session includes pre and post coaching goals and actions template and covers:

    • Review of HR systems and goals
    • Discussion of HR challenges and problem solving to overcome them
    • Setting the new HR goals/actions
